Returns and Exchanges

Customers can request a return for products purchased online within 30 days of the order delivery.

Registered User

If the purchase was made from a registered account, the return request must be submitted from the account page:

  • Log in to your account and click on “My Orders”

  • Select the order for which you want to request a return and click on “Return”

  • Fill out the form that appears, specifying which items from that order you wish to return and select your preference between a return for a refund or a size exchange.

Non-Registered User

If the purchase was made as a guest or without logging into your account, you need to access the orders and returns section by clicking on the following link: RETURN REQUEST

  • Fill out the search form with the required details from the order confirmation email and click “CONTINUE” at the bottom

  • Fill out the form that appears, specifying which items from that order you want to return and select your preference between a return for a refund or a size exchange.

Proceeding with the Procedure

Once the return request is received, if approved, customer service will send a written confirmation via email, containing all the instructions to follow.
Intermoda Firenze Srl reserves the right to refuse returns that are not accompanied by a label and an authorization number (R.M.A.).

Return Shipping Costs

There are no return shipping fees.

The customer can send the goods to the following address:

  • Italy

The warehouse will receive the goods and verify the condition of the returned items.
If the product is returned in its original condition, with the tag and original packaging, and without any damage, Customer Service will proceed with a refund or a new management in case of a product anomaly.

All refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method used to place the order.
If the order was placed using cash on delivery, the refund of the amount paid upon delivery will be made via bank transfer. In this case, it will be necessary to provide the bank details (IBAN, SWIFT, account number) through the form to receive the refund.
