Our return policy allows you to change your mind and return the item purchased for any reason within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the delivery date.

The Return Policy does not affect your legal rights and your Right of Withdrawal.

In any case, the legal exceptions to the right of cancellation that apply under the applicable law are also valid for our Return Policy.

If you return the item in accordance with the return policy (i.e., within 30 calendar days from the delivery date), you are entitled to a refund of the price paid for the item you are returning (excluding shipping costs). However, if you purchase as a “consumer” and decide to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date of the products, you will be refunded, in addition to the price paid for the product, the shipping costs associated with the least expensive shipping method offered by Bagutta to receive the product. If you use a prepaid label, any return costs shown during the return procedure will be deducted from the refund.

For domestic returns, return costs start from a minimum of 4 euros. Please note that return costs may vary depending on the quantity, size, and weight of the items. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are not eligible for free returns, unless the defects were present at the time of delivery.

Note: Typically, a refund for a product is processed within 14 days and confirmed by email. In certain circumstances, refund times may be longer. Items must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. New items must be returned unused, undamaged, and intact.

To ensure the success of the return, we recommend using traceable delivery options with a signature upon delivery for returns over 75 euros. If you do not use a traceable shipping method, we are not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.

When making a return, please ensure that you include the correct and complete item. To receive a refund, the correct item must be returned.
